Licences

Your licences

Paste a licence key to see how many of its devices are in use, on which platforms, when each was last used, and until when updates are free. Replaced a phone or a computer? Release the old one here to free its seat.

Good to know

• Each licence works on a set number of devices at the same time (RiverPDF: 3), in any mix of Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and iPad.
• When all seats are used, a new device cannot be activated until you release one. You can release up to 2 devices in any 12 months; if a device was lost or broken beyond that, write to support@riverthought.com.
• A released device stops being licensed the next time it goes online.
• Every app also has its own Licence page that shows the same information.
• We store, for each device: a random device id, its platform, the name the app reports (such as the computer's name), the app version and the first and last day it was used. Nothing about your files.
