Refunds

If RiverProbe Pro is not right for you, ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.

1. Write to support@riverthought.com with your order number (starts with txn_, in your Paddle receipt), or reply to the receipt e-mail from Paddle.
2. The refund is made by Paddle, our reseller, to the original payment method. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 working days.

After a refund the licence key is cancelled: please remove it from RiverProbe (License → Remove key). RiverProbe keeps working as the free Community edition, and your projects are not affected.

This promise does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
